Test 2-Way Voice Panel


Is there a way to test the 2-Way Voice Panel for my system? We had a false alarm today, but central monitoring is telling me they tried to contact me at the panel and received no response. I was home and at the panel and heard nothing. I fear that the feature may not be working. The sound is working clearly as I still have the announcements when the doors or windows are opened.
