Hi,
I have the Encore FireFighter installed. However, every time I test my house smoke alarms, it sets off the security on my Qolsys panel and it alerts the central monitoring station. Is there a way to temporarily disable the sensor so i can test the alarms without triggering a call to the central monitoring station?

It’s typically not a good idea to disable sensors, you’ll want to verify that they are transmitting to the central station during the test.
When testing sensors and performing work which might cause alarms, you’ll want to place your account on test mode with the central station. It does not look like this is related to a suretyDIY subscription. If you have service with another provider you’ll need to contact them to find out how to place your account on test.
