Temperature monitoring device - out of stock?

I’m in the process of purchasing a IQ Panel 4 system for a new home install. My home insurance requires temperature monitoring, but I’m seeing that the two devices that do this are not available:

Are there any other options, or when will these be back in stock?

Amazon has it in stock.

I do not show new stock of those arriving at this time. Those would both work with the IQ Panel 4 however. While I do not have any vendor recommendations, compatible devices do not need to be purchased through Surety in order to be used with service.
