I have an IQ4 panel. All off a sudden I’m getting tamper and immediately end of tamper. I get them multiple times in a day

Check the mini sensor that is having the issue. Make sure it is closed completely and correctly. Opening and closing the sensor can help. The sensor should click when closing without having to force it
There is a tamper switch on the inside of the sensor that needs to be pressed when the sensor is closed. Inspect the device and make sure the casing is not broken anywhere and does press on the switch when closed.
