Have a T2000 and 4 RTS. they finally work great with the new firmware!
however in the ADC app it keeps un checking the RTS’s for the averaging temps.
I have to keep selecting the RTS’s to get averaging temps.
anyone else have this issue?

Are you noticing this in the website? How often are you seeing it? Is it every time you log back in? Is there ever a time you navigate away from and back to that page where it does not occur?
everytime i og back in, and yes also seeing it on the website.
Have you tried removing and re-adding the RTS since the firmware update to see if that has any effect?
Make sure to have all devices in their final locations before learning the RTS since it uses NWI. The RTS is not on the official release notes for the GC3 update, so this may still need compatibility tweaks, we’ll try to confirm.
Yes we removed the RTS and T2000 after the firmware and readded them.
the RTS were in spot before pairing them.
Thank you for confirming. 2GIG says the RTS was not addressed in the latest firmware version. We are awaiting word on whether ADC confirms.
Something must have changed with the upgrade…
I have removed & re-adding the RTS on my GC3 and now they get a detailed label on the Z-wave screen; also the GC3 does not say they are failing after a while so far…
The updates for the T2000 may have also stabilized the RTS to a degree, but we’ve confirmed that at this time there may still be issues present with the RTS as it was not specifically addressed.
