System trouble beeps

I am having a recurring problem with the system trouble beeps on a Concord 4 system. The trouble beeps persist even after pressing the * key on the keypad which should silence the beeps for 4 hrs( “System is Ok” is displayed), and using Alarm.com to turn off system beeps for 7 days.

Also armed and disarmed again.

Still beeping relentlessly. Help!

What is the underlying trouble condition being shown when you check at the keypad? Does it only ever show system is ok? Did you have any recent alarms?

Try disarming twice (no arm in between).
