My lights,arm,disarm functions have stopped working. I have rebooted the panel and ran a wifi and cell communication test and both passed.
We are not seeing any issues on alarm.com. We do see a broadband issue but cellular should still run all these commands just fine.
Do you have any troubles displaying on the keypad?
Can you try sending arming, disarming, and light commands to the panel and let us know what time this was done at so we can look at the history and the logs to see why it would be failing
