I recently had a false alarm. The system worked, and we confirmed it was a false alarm via 2way voice. I just wish when it does go off more notifications were sent. How can I set up my notifications for emails, text messages, etc?
On alarm.com under notifications tab
Notifications are set up through your Alarm.com account and can be customized at any time. You can choose to receive these as Text messages, emails, or push notifications to your smartphone.
Log into your Alarm.com account and navigate to the Notifications Tab. Select New Notification, and select Alarm to start creating an Alarm notification.
