I’m looking for a no contract, takeover of existing sensors w/new panels (old is Broadview/ADT). Our home came with 3 doors & 1 motion sensor wired in–do you have a 2 panel set up that will work with this?

We offer a couple different panel brands that would work for you.
2GIG
The 2GIG GC2 Panel, which can be paired with a 2GIG TS1 as its secondary panel would fit the bill. In order to pair the TS1 secondary panel with the GC2, you will also need the 2GIG-XCVR2-345 transceiver. Since the panel’s primary means of communication is along the Honeywell 345Mhz wireless frequency, you would need to use the 2GIG Take-345 takeover module in order to use your existing hardwired sensors. The takeover module can handle up to 8 wired zones. This video here goes over the process of installing the 2GIG TAKE-345.
Qolsys
Alternatively, you can go with the Qolsys IQ panel paired with a Qolsys IQ2 secondary panel. Qolsys utilizes the GE 319.5Mhz wireless frequency so you would need to use the Qolsys Hardwire 16 takeover module for your wired zones. This takeover module can handle 16 wired zones. This video here goes over the process of installing the Qolsys Hardwire 16.
