I am looking to switch from my current service provider Link Interactive to Surety. I currently have a GC2 panel with verizon 4g cellular module. Will I need to buy a new cellular module to make the switch? Also when i switch over to Surety will I have to manually enroll all my sensors and devices again or is that information saved on panel?
Would appreciate to hear about anyone else experience making the switch.

If the module is 4G, you would not need a new module. As long as the current Alarm.com account is cancelled by your provider you can reuse the module with us.
Sensors will not be affected, they will populate in your new account when you connect your panel to your account.
Devices which connect to the backend directly like cameras, Liftmaster MyQ, lutron, Rachio, etc., will need to be added again to the new account.
