Switching an alarm.com camera from one account to another?

I have an old system with alarm.com through brinks. I am upgrading to Qolsys IQ PANEL 2 and using SuretyDIY for this new account. I have already registered the panel and have a single door sensor setup. The old system has a camera that says “ALARM.COM” on it. I

Is there a way to migrate the camera from the brinks/alarm.com to this new suretyDIY/alarm.com account?

Nevermind… figured out how to drop it from the old account and add it to the new account… :slight_smile:

Yes, you would just need to delete it from the prior account first before it can be added to a new one. Cams can only be tied to one account at a time.

Note that the Cloud Video add-on would be required to use the camera with a suretyDIY subscription. With the add-on, you can navigate to the Video page in Alarm.com to get started.
