I had SafeHaven as the provider for my security solution with alarm.com. It expired today and am looking to switch to Surety. I have the dealer and installer code both, from them for my IQ Panel. What is the process to switch to Surety?
If your Alarm.com account through SafeHaven has been terminated then you can go here and follow the steps.
If that page says you can’t then SafeHaven possibly hasn’t terminated your account on their end, which is connected to your panel. A panel can only be connected to one Alarm.com account at a time.
