Hi guys , I purchased a new go control 3 panel off e-bay when I receive it with new Verizon cell module , what do I need to do to switch my account over from gc2 ?

Activate the new GC3 module on your account by contacting Surety @ customerservice@suretydiy.com, give them your account number, and provide the ADC# for the GC3 cellular module. Once that is done, you need to do a manual cell test via GC3 panel to properly provision the panel. If cell test is “successful” it is all done.
The GC2 cell module will be unregistered once the GC3 module is registered to your ADC account.
Make sure to include the “Verbal admin passcode” when requesting account changes for verification.
