hello i have a question i have the 2gig GC2 with the older honeywell window sensors (the fat ones) one of them is having trouble, im going to switch the one out with the 2GIG-DW10e-345, is there a link with directions that i could use to help me with replacing the bad one thanks

Did you purchase this sensor with us? You mentioned it was a DW10e-345 which means it is an encrypted sensor and is not compatible with your panel. You would need the standard 2GIG-DW10-345. We now sell the new 2GIG-DW100-345 on which you are able to enable and disable the encryption to make it compatible with older and newer systems.
To swap the sensor, you can follow the steps in this video. You would just need to change the equipment code to the DW10 and also erase your existing serial number and then do the learn button like in the video.
