It’s been 20 minutes. Can you have a look at the panel? I’m not seeing any sensors.
It looks like the panel did not acknowledge all of the data. We are seeing the same equipment list on the back-end still as the panel has yet to update it, but the actual programming fields appear empty.
We have seen this a few times going from a GC2 to a GC3, unfortunately in those cases the sensors must be re-learned manually. Can you try relearning manually a couple of them, activate them and run a cell test. Then verify that they are showing in ADC.
I just ended up copying them over one at a time. Took about 15 minutes.
I can confirm we see the programming now for the sensors in the list after pulling the most recent info. Looks good.
