SVR210 installation

Hello,

when I’m trying to add SVR210 device to my account I get
on web - “This Service Package does not support SVRs. Please contact your dealer for assistance.“

on app - “this account does not have permission for SVR installation“

How do I enable it? I have surety home plan - is that possible or i have to upgrade?

Log into your system manager using your alarm.com credentials and then under Optional Add-Ons, select support for 1 SVR.

Just to clarify the above, you do need to switch from Home to Complete for this. SVR options are available on the Protect and Complete plans.
