SVR122 connectivity issue

My SVR is no longer connecting to alarm.com. I’m getting a solid red light on the front of the unit. I’ve tried the alarm.com suggested steps of rebooting it, rebooting the router and reconnecting, without luck. Any advice on next steps?

Is it connected to a patch cable in the LAN ethernet port in the back of the SVR122? Do you see lights illuminated on that port?

What lights do you see on the back at the top?
