Has the SVR tab gone away within the app? Also, is it possible to download a portion of the SVR feed from within the app or an iPhone in general? Or is it only possible from a computer?

Yes, streaming SVR video in the app was adjusted to be accessible while viewing the camera in the Live page.

Correct, downloading clips from an SVR must be done using the Alarm.com website, not the app.
