Description of the plan says “Supports 4 cameras and 1000 video recordings/month”.
Does “1000 video recordings/month” mean that it will stop recording and saving after 1000 clips or will it not store more than 1k clips and start rewriting old clips?

Both. There is a cloud upload limit after which non-alarm generated clips will cease, and then a total storage which will recycle the oldest clips.
