Surety Automate plan question

Hi, we’re planning on transferring our service from HomePro (free builder trial period is expiring) to Surety for Alarm.com access and basic home automation including lights, door lock, thermostat, and garage door). The $6/mo Automate plan looks good however am I correct that there’s no $1/mo monthly option to add a Liftmaster MyQ garage door with this plan? Would I need to use the separate MyQ app for this functionality?

The way that automate plan is structured in Alarm.com Liftmaster is actually part of the base package, not an add-on. It is an add-on for Home or Complete due to how ADC structures the base plans we use there. You would be able to use MyQ with Automate.
