Someone trying to access my Alarm.com account

Starting last night at 9:22 PM someone has been trying to access my alarm.com account.

Here is one of the emails:

A failed Mobile login attempt by ***** was reported at 9:34 pm on Friday, April 29 2016.
This is a monitoring message from suretyCAM. Log in at http://suretydiy.com/alarm to manage your system and view other recent activity.

I received 5 emails starting at 9:22 PM and ending at 9:34 PM.
I also received 8 text messages stating the same thing.

As of now, I can still log in using the Alarm.com App from my phone, but cannot log in from my PC. I enter my Username and Password then click Log in, my password box returns to blank with nothing in in it. It does not tell me my password or username is bad.

How do I get this corrected?

ADC locks accounts after too many failed attempts. Unlocked for you.

Active users would not be kicked out of the app I don’t think, so if the app stays logged in that’s why you still had access

Thanks Jason! Also I came across an issue with my suretyDIY account… Look at Payment history and you will see the problem… You need to correct that…lol
