I recently subscribed to the Sureiydiy gold service and am trying to set it up for mobile phone notifacations being sent to my phone. I have set up the numbers to be notified and down loaded the Alarm.com mobile app.
I am seeing the sensors going off on the filters but not getting notifications sent.
Sensor activity notifications are available and are customized by the user. You would need to set up notifications for the sensors you wish to monitor in this way. To get started, login to the Alarm.com website and navigate to Notifications. Add a new notification and select Sensor Activity.
On each notification, you can then select your desired recipients, including the SMS number.
