warren emailed me about removing my faulty smoker alarm as a sensor but he installer code i entered did not work. can he please clarify. thanks
It appears that you are referring to this thread. If you are having trouble remembering your installer code (it will be different from your code used to arm and disarm) you can send us a secure message using this link to request your installer code to be defaulted.
If you are having trouble deleting the device and it is still causing problems, we can remotely remove that for you. If you would like us to do so, please confirm.
