Smoke detectors not registering

So I bought new ones and still neither are registering.
"Third floor smoke detector malfunction"same for the main floor unit as well.

Have you tested both smoke detectors in question? After learning them into your system, did you place your account on test and test the alarm signal?

Also, could you provide me with the exact model number of the smoke detectors?
