I have a tamper alert regarding a smoke detector but due to recent work done to my house I cannot locate the device in question. What can I do to resolve this?

If a security or life safety sensor has been lost or moved during renovation or repair and you cannot locate the device, you can remove it by accessing system configuration on your panel. This will vary by panel. For the 2GIG Go!Control, this video will show you how to remove a sensor from your panel.
