Hi How do I eliminate a smoke detector from our monitoring system it was never installed and is to old to innstall now I want to throw it away iItook the batterys out and it sent you a tampering alarm
To delete a zone on the Simon XT:
Press the arrows to reach System Programming. OK to select.
Enter your Installer Code.
Scroll with the arrows to reach Sensors. OK to select.
Scroll to Delete Sensor. OK to select.
Scroll to the sensor zone you need to delete. OK to select.
