Got a thermostat malfunction on the app. Screen wont turn on, heat wont run. App troubleshooting does not work since it doesnt seem to power on.
Do you have a voltage tester to test between Rh and C terminals?
Check your main electrical panel breakers to be sure the furnace breaker isn’t thrown.
If you are not seeing voltage on the wires that may indicate a wire break or blown fuse in the HVAC, etc.
If you see roughly 24VAC between Rh and C wires, then that suggests the thermostat may have failed.
