I added a energy meter to my panel and it shows in my devices on alarm.com and my panel but does not show energy usage on alarm.com or the mobile app.
Have you just recently requested the Smart Energy Management Add-on?
You may need to log out and log back into your Alarm.com account in order to view the new section.
