I hooked up a Skybell trim II to replace my old doorbell.
After attaching the wires the device only pulses a very faint green light every 3 seconds.
It doesn’t seem to match any of the LED lights in the documentation, and is very faint.
Is it possibly the wiring doesn’t meet the power requirements for this device?
Check the specs of your doorbell transformer.

We only support the Alarm.com compatible versions of Skybell with Alarm.com accounts. The Trim 2 is not supported.
