I have SuretyCam. Just installed Skybell Slim. How do I connect the doorbell to Qolsys panel 2, so I can see on the panel who’s ringing the bell?
The SuretyCAM service plan is for video only, alarm panel’s are not incorporated in this plan.
In order to tie a SkyBell to the Qolsys alarm panel, you would need to be signed up for one of our security monitoring plans, either the Surety Alarm or Surety Home plan add video, or the Surety Complete service plan (which includes video). Plans can be altered at any time through the System Manager feature of your Surety account.
Once security monitoring is obtained and your panel is connected to service, you can activate live view at the panel. The guide below will walk you through that process.
