I added the Skybell Slimline to my setup which includes the 2GIG GC3e panel. I have the volume setting for doorbell all the way up on the panel but for some reason I can’t seem to find a setting to actually have the doorbell ring on the panel itself. When someone presses the doorbell button, it notifies me on my phone with an Alarm.com notification but does not physically ring on the panel. Any help on how to activate that on the panel?
The Skybell does not connect to the GC3e panel in any way.
The IQ Panel 2+ supports video through the panel screen and answering doorbell calls on the panel, but the GC3e does not have this feature at this time, unfortunately.
