Starting Sunday my skybell hd started to only report pushes and motion but is no longer recording the events. I checked the settings and all looks right and I have 87% signal.
I know it sounds strange, but 87% is lower than recommended. More important is link quality, which is also a little lower than expected. This doesn’t necessarily mean that it is the cause however if all recordings have stopped.
Did you possibly reach your upload limit last month? Try pausing all of your schedules, wait 10 minutes, then turn them all back on. Any change?
In at 0 of 400 this month. I’ll pause the schedule and see what happens.

Everything resets one the 1st. Sunday would be October’s stats.
Ok, I finally pulled the camera and rebooted it.
Now the videos upload but I don’t get the push notification. But the motion event and button push are un the app history.
Are you referring to a notification for the recording schedule? The three recording schedules I see listed have no recipients. Login to Alarm.com and click Video. Select Recording Schedules, there you can edit them to include recipients.
Or are you saying you do not get the doorbell push notification when the Skybell HD button is pressed?
I seenthe videos now.
But in not getting any notifications.
I did get a doorbell push 30min after I pushed it. And I didn’t get my arm away push either.
Might be a issue.
It looks like there is operations notice from Alarm.com that is affecting some notifications. This is likely related if you are seeing delays on the push notifications for a doorbell call or arming notification. This issue should be resolved shortly.
That’s what I figured as soon asni didn’t get the armd away notification.
Thanks
Also a note about yhe original issue. I couod access the luve stream and received notifications. It just wasn’t recording to the server.
After a power cycle of the doorbell the issue was resolved.
I did jowever notice the unit powered off immediatley as soon asni took it off. I did see an issue with some batteries and I’ll swap it out. I did getbthis used and have no idea how old the unit actually is.
But everything including notifications seems to be working now.

Thank you for following up! Glad to hear this is resolved.

We do have some reports of battery issues. If you are powering it off of a separate power supply directly and it is not connected to a mechanical doorbell make sure you have the appropriate resistor per instructions as that can otherwise lead to power issues. If wired to a bell this is not necessary.
its on the existing Bell wiring.
I found the post about the battery’s and ordered a new one.
Thank you.
