The resolution and compression quality of Wi-Fi Doorbell Camera live streams and recordings can now be adjusted from the Alarm.com Website. It may be beneficial to lower your Doorbell Camera streaming settings if your internet speeds are too slow. Lowering these settings when Internet speed is low can help resolve many live stream or recorded clip issues caused by slow Internet speeds. Four settings are available: 480p (Standard Quality), 720p (Good Quality), 720p (Better Quality) and 1080p (Excellent Quality). The default setting is 720p (Better Quality).
