It’s been flashing green and blue for several days now. I tried deleting the device, but am now unable to add it back.
My router is no more then 10 feet away if that helps.
Any ideas?
Flashing green and blue means that it is connected to wifi, but it cannot communicate out on the internet.
This can be a router issue. Try a router reboot. Any change?
Hi Jason. I will check my firewall settings when I get back home. I had added a few poe cameras and didn’t want them communicating externally. The doorbell may have been accidentally added.

That was the culprit. In setting the IPs in my firewall, I was one digit off, which in turn affected my doorbell. What luck.
