Skybell HD doorbell unable to connect

I’ve had the skybell HD doorbell connected to my 2GIG system for a number of years. It stopped connecting and I am unable to get it to connect no matter what i do. I removed the device and reinstalled it using the app. It says it is successfully installed but then never can generate any video. I swapped out my wireless router a number of months ago for a wifi 6e Deco wireless router. Could this be the reason my Skybell no longer produces any video? My other two cameras are working fine. I’ve followed the instructions from the support forum to install the device and nothing works?

Pings to the camera are successful, indicating it is connected.

Are you able to view Live View from this camera? If not, what do you see?

What color is the LED on the camera?

I do see a rule for the camera, Doorbell Call Recording Schedule, but it does not have any recipients associated with it, so you will not be notified when this rule is triggered.

Additionally, the rule Doorbell Motion Recording Schedule is currently turned off. Turn it on, wait 5 minutes, then test. Any change?
