Skybell doorbell not recording events

My Skybell doorbell has stopped recording any video. I can see live video on my phone via the alarm.com app, but not when I log onto my alarm.com account on my PC. My recording events in alarm.com say the doorbell is supposed to record but it doesn’t. Not sure how to fix this?

Try editing and re-saving the Skybell HD recording schedules. This will resend the schedules to the Skybell. Does this resolve the issue?

I had the same problem for about a week. As of yesterday, an update of the firmware from the alarm.com web site appears to have resolved it.

OP already has the latest firmware available on the Skybell unit. This is not a widespread known issue addressed by firmware, though application of new firmware on a camera would resync saved recording schedules.

I changed the recording schedule from the desktop alarm.com page and it didn’t help. I then rebooted the skybell by holding the button until it flashed blue and that didn’t help (I think). I finally changed the recording schedule from within the mobile app and this seemed to do the trick. I am now getting recordings again.
