My Skybell works in the Alarm.com app, but on the web portal it shows App Only and doesn’t stream. It streamed on desktop before. Can you enable web streaming for the device on my account?
I just confirmed with Alarm.com that Skybell branded cameras can only be seen on the Alarm.com mobile app.
To view on the Alarm.com website, the camera will need to be an Alarm.com branded doorbell like the ADC-VDB770, ADV-VDB750 or any of the newer doorbells.
