The sky bell will not send notifications when pressed and does not chime.
I am not seeing a Skybell connected to your account, but I do see an ADC-VDB750, is that the doorbell you are referencing?
If so, are you referring to notifications to the panel or to the phone?

When the button is pressed on the doorbell I am not getting the chime in the interior of the home. I changed some option then I do get a chime when the video door bell is triggered with motion but not by pushing the button of the doorbell.

I have remove the doorbell and installed and it fixed the problem.
