I’m a current customer and wanted to get some stickers and a few yard signs and stakes. Why is the shipping so high? I even tried reducing the qty to 1 on all and it was still high. Even tried removing the stakes and it’s still high.
Yard sign stakes are notorious for this. Shipping is based on dimensions and weight, not value, and the dimensions make it very difficult to order only signs and stakes and it be economical. Shipping calculations shown are directly from the carrier.
Unless being added to a larger order, it’s usually best to grab a similar post from a local hardware store for use with the sign.
The sign likewise defaults to a larger box still, but unlike the stakes there are workarounds.
