My alarm went off and I couldn’t use the code I wanted to use to turn it off. The default worked though. How do I set the codes I want? I have a 2GIG panel.
You can change the master code and the other user codes by logging into http://suretydiy.com/alarm and going to Security → User Codes. See attached.
