Setting Up Geo Services

I am trying to setup geo-services. My wife and I were able to enable it on our phone but my three kids did not have the option. I am guessing it has something to do with their account settings.

Have you tried enabling Geo Services from the individual phones themselves?

To Add a Geo Device you must enable Geo Services from the app on each device. Currently supported devices are Android OS 2.1 and higher and iPhone hardware version 4 and higher. Also the Alarm.com app must be the most recent version as well.

Also, each individual phone must have Location Services enabled (native to the phone itself, generally accessed through settings). The user must also have the appropriate permissions enabled (Profile -> Manage Logins) for them to work with the Geo-Services feature.
