Regarding the duress code, I’m referring to a numeric code that ends the panel countdown but signals to the monitoring center that we need help. This would be helpful in case of a home invasion. How do I set that up?
Setting up a duress code is performed at the alarm panel and would depend on the alarm panel model you are using. For the IQ Panel 2, you can edit the duress code by accessing Settings - Installer Code - User Management. The Duress user is listed as ID 240.
Forgive me but is this for example if someone followed you in trying to rob you and wants you to disarm the alarm but there’s a way to have a code that signals an emergency without the intruder knowing?
Also does the GC2 have this capability?

Yes, that is the main function of the duress code. It will disarm your panel locally but send a duress signal to the central station.

Yes, on your 2GIG Panel go to Security > Menu > Toolbox > User Management. User #8 is the duress user (labeled Duress User).
