Serial Number(IMEI) not found during plan registration

Hi, I am trying to register my 2GIG GC2 alarm device with new LTE 4G Verison module.
When trying to check IMEI(Serial Number) during plan registration/purchase I see error message “Serial Number not found” and option so skip this step.

My question is should I continue and purchase subscription without knowing for sure that my device LTE module will work or what are my options at this point?

The communicator model number that you sent to us via PM is not an Alarm.com compatible module. Your current module runs on SecureNet, and would need to be replaced in order to make the system compatible with service through Surety.
