I have several tampers and malfunctions that I need repaired. please advise how I do this. thank you
Happy to assist! I do see two bedroom window sensors reporting malfunction and tamper. I also see a garage door sensor reporting tamper previously. Are these the only sensors reporting tamper/malfunction?
To best assist you, what is the make/model of the sensors in question?
How old are the sensors and the batteries in the sensors?
If these sensors are Resolution Products mighty mouse sensors, it is likely a low battery issue as they are known to occasionally report tamper instead of low battery (this sensor does not have a tamper switch).
i dont know the manufacturer maybe Concord. is there a local company you can recommend to come and fix them?
