I’m setting up the GC3E panel and I cant get the door sensors to work when not in test mode. They work fine for walk test but not for anything else. No chime or anything. I’ve only tried installing 2 sensors so far and both do the same thing. I have them set to loop2 and chimes are enabled, but I get nothing out of them unless I’m in test mode. They are set to 1 entry/exit.
Are those sensors E series sensors?
Double check the Equipment Code in programming for those zones. If you select the non-e-series equipment code for an encrypted sensor I believe I’ve seen this type of activity before.
