I just bought a new system. I’m trying to pair PowerG Digital Pet-Immune PIR Motion Detector to the IQ4 panel. I tried the auto-learn devices, and nothing showed up in the list. I tried the “add powerg” function, and I keep getting an “enter valid id” message. I’ve tried it with 2 different motion sensors ids. I’m on software version 4.4.1
With the latest firmware there are PowerG automation devices which can be added, and those are paired in a different menu than sensors. It sounds like you may be looking at that.
