We had a power surge ( power went off and on ) last night from a storm and ever since the panel no longer is able to react to the sensors. They no long trigger if the doors are open.
I am able to send and receive commands/messages just fine.
Any insight on troubleshooting before i proceed with a replacement.
Lets try a panel reboot by entering and exiting programming. From the main page, can you press the icon on the lower right > Enter installer code > system configuration > End > make sure Save Changes has a checkmark > Exit
The system should reboot
Did you test the other zones? I see zone 1 back door and zone 2 front door are offline. I do see Zone 1 back doo has had a low battery since 11/23/2024. If you could replace the battery by taking out the battery for about 2 minutes then replacing with new batteries.
Thr low battery issue is a false reading. I had previous before changed the batteries only to find the same message pop up a few days later and that the batteries were not drained. So i ignored the issue for such.
