Is there a way to select the activation of only certain sensors for a specific scene? For example, for home, all sensors would be on except the doors. I see the section for triggered rules it won’t let me select it. Thank you!
Scenes do not control how sensors function on your system. Scenes control automation devices and the security system arming state.
The Sensor type is what determines how a security sensor functions. There is no sensor type on the Qolsys IQ Panel 2+ which would function as an entry delay sensor when armed away, but not when armed stay.
To clarify, do you have sensors on interior doors as well as exterior doors? If so, you would just want to set those as the Instant Interior Door sensor group in programming for interior doors. This would ensure they are only armed during away mode.
