Are you able to remove a thermostat sensor from my river account? I have removed it on the panel 3 times, but it still shows up.
I’ve sent a command however Z-wave devices can only be removed remotely if the device is powered off completely and cannot be reached by the panel. It does not look like the command was successful.
Can you pull the batteries from that sensor and let me know when that is done? I can resend the command.

That did it thanks. In the future is that a command i can send, or only something you can do? Thats not the same command as the Zwave command on the manage my account site is it?
No, the command within the system manager syncs the device list between your panel and ADC, for example if you add a device to your panel but it hasn’t shown up in Alarm.com yet. This removal command is only on our end at this time.
