Hello and good morning,

Went through the setup, all is working fine, except it is only monitoring 38 of my 40 sensors. Do you know how I can add the last two?

I’m going to need a little bit more information to go on. I can see a total of 39 sensors associated with your panel.

  • Which sensors are you not seeing in Alarm.com? What are their Zone numbers?
  • Are the sensors in question still functioning?
  • Can you activate them and get a response at the panel?
